- Regulamin obowiązuje wszystkich Gości przebywających na terenie Willa Stasieńka
- The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
- In the case of an earlier reservation, a non-refundable advance payment of 40-50% of the total amount for the stay is required.
- No advance payment within 2 days is tantamount to resignation from the reservation.
- Reservation and payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the Regulations of the Facility.
- Failure to use the entire booked stay, e.g. as a result of no arrival, later arrival or earlier departure than it results from the booking, it does not result in a reduction of payment for the service.
- Należność za pobyt pobierana należy uregulować w pierwszym dniu pobytu wyłącznie gotówką.
- There is a local fee of PLN 2 per person for each day of stay.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
- Osoby nie zameldowane w obiekcie mogą przebywać na jego terenie w godzinach 7:00-22:00. Nie mogą one korzystać z infrastruktury obiektu.
- Gość hotelowy ponosi odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych obiektu powstałe z jego winy, lub z winy odwiedzających go osób. Za zniszczenia wykryte po opuszczeniu pokoju Goście zostaną obciążeni kosztami naprawy.
- W przypadku zagubienia klucza i breloczka magnetycznego Gość ponosi odpowiedzialność materialną w kwocie 150 złotych.
- There is a free, unguarded car park on the premises for visitors.
The facility is not responsible for damage or loss of the car or items left in it. - The facility is completely non-smoking.
- We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control, e.g. interruptions in the supply of water or electricity, weakening of the Internet or TV signal.
- Reservation is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
